Our Services

Our staff is sensitive and attentive to your needs and your clients’ needs. We take the time you may not always have to interface with your clients and manage all of the financial details, so you can keep their divorce case moving forward.

Here are some of the many services we can provide:

Collaborative divorce

Collaborative Divorce is an alternative dispute resolution that we also practice. It’s a team approach to settling divorce in which you and your client and their spouse and attorney, myself as your client's neutral financial advisor, and other divorce professionals work together in group meetings to resolve all the issues outside of court. Because we commit ourselves not to litigate, the only goal is to create a resolution that works for everybody.

We act as a neutral financial consultant in your client's Collaborative Divorce. Our job here is to help you and your client negotiate a fair settlement without bias. Through this cooperative, non-adversarial process, we’ll help you and your client get through their divorce with less financial and emotional stress, so your client can move on to a brighter future and a better co-parenting relationship for them and their children. For more information on Collaborative Divorce, visit www.collaborativeprofessionalsofflorida.com.

Please contact us if you are interested in working with us in a Collaborative Divorce.

Business valuations

We take a multi-dimensional approach to valuing businesses in connection with buy or sell agreements, as well as divorce settlements.

QDRO’s

Working with you and your client, we can prepare QDRO’s for the division of your client’s pension plan assets.

Expert witness services

Our level of competence and certifications allows us the opportunity to function as expert witness in pending or existing litigation to evaluate evidence submitted to the court.
